Gates Realty

 This phrase came to me (Teressa) when Cash and I decided to open our own real estate business, Gates Realty:

  “Our goal is to continue to build on the next new chapter in our lives, as you, our clients build yours.”

   I have been selling since 2010, and my husband started just a few years later. We are still learning, growing and striving for excellence in real estate.  The Panhandle has been our home for over 30 years, raising our children and now helping with grandchildren right by our sides. We appreciate our community and friends that we have grown to know through this real estate experience.

  Whether you are selling or buying a property, we want to continue to be there with you through the real estate process.  There is nothing better then meeting at the closing table, being thankful that we got the deal done and hopefully made the process enjoyable and easy for our clients.

   From generation to generation, our desire is to be the real estate company that represents you and your wishes.  Buying, selling, and investing in your future is a huge life event. We want you to feel supported, encouraged, and confident throughout your process.
